Sourdough

German: "Sauerteig"

I get asked over and over again if my bread is like REAL German bread. To be honest I don’t know. I don’t have fancy names for my bread loafs and I am not a professional baker.

But let me tell you that much, there is no rubbish in my bread, it is heavy, has a very crunchy crust and if you hit someone in the head with it, it will hurt!

How about you just order one and try yourself. If you don’t like it, you have wasted $8.50 and you don’t have to ever seen me again…
