This yeast base dough, filled with Cream Fraiche mixture, is another very popular German Cake. It is sprinkeld with cinamon and sugar to give it its specific taste. This cake however, is not overly sweet compared to other cakes - but still quite a treat for dessert or tea.  

plain flour, milk, butter, sugar, dry yeast, salt (base)
cream fraiche, sugar, cream, starch, vanilla paste (Filling)
